If you see that some characters are missing,
or that the report looks mixed up in any way, it probably means you need
to update your printer driver.
Look for an updated driver on the Internet
at http://www.driverguide.com
or at the home page of your printer's manufacturer.
Otherwise, a work-around for this is to install
a new printer and call it the HP III. This driver is a standard one and
has solved printing problems for many users.
For Windows 95 or Windows 98 First Edition,
you should have your Windows CD handy for this procedure.
- Click Start
| Settings | Printers
- Click Add
Printer (under Printer Tasks in
XP). The Wizard appears.
- Click Next.
- Select local or network
printer, depending on where the printer is connected. (If it is connected
to your own PC, select local).
- Click Next.
